MEET MIGGE HOFFMANN

Migge Hoffmann is part of Accenture’s Communication and High Tech business unit within
Accenture’s Management Consultancy work group. She is the Accenture Gaming and Gambling
lead for Europe, responsible for the Accenture Gambling platform and working with a number
of lotteries and online gambling companies across EALA. In addition she is also focused on
Broadcast and specifi cally Over-The-Top, or the “Internet” TV, where she holds a combined
Nordic/EALA role.

Hoffmann has gained deep insight into media and entertainment businesses and processes and
been responsible for initiating and delivering a number of key strategic projects at DR, Oracle
and Accenture.

In her keynote titled From Retail to Me-tail, Hoffmann will be giving us insight into opportunities
that emerge from 1:1 relationships with customers, and understanding the necessity of the
Retail to Me-tail transformation driven by changes in consumers’ habits and enabled by
technology.

Many traditional shoppers are morphing into interactive, multi-channel consumers, with high
expectations of being met with a compelling and relevant message at the relevant moment
consistently over multiple channels. Delivering a branded customer experience across channels
is key to customer loyalty and profi ts, but most retailers are not in a position to handle the
exponentially complex customer communication and hence not able to leverage existing brands
and assets optimally.
