Welcome to register for the EL 2011. Below you will find useful information and instructions on registration.

To register and book your accommodation, please complete the EL 2011 online registration form. Register early to ensure that your accommodation preferences are secured. Please register only once to avoid double registration and double payment.

Online registration will be available until 30 May 2011. To register after this date, please contact the Congress Secretariat

All amounts are indicated in euros (€). No Finnish VAT will be added to the registration fee when the participant is a taxable person for VAT purposes and does not have a fixed establishment in Finland.

• Coffee and lunch during the breaks
• Helsinki sightseeing tour on 5 June
• Transfers from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to the congress hotels on 4 and 5 June and back on 8 and 9 June

Accompanying persons’ fee includes:

• Accompanying persons’ programme (presented at the EL 2011 website)
• Admission to Opening Event
• Admission to Closing Event
• Helsinki sightseeing tour on 5 June
• Transfers from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to the congress hotels on 4 and 5 June and back on 8 and 9 June

Currency and methods of payment

Payments should be made in euros (€) either by bank transfer against invoice or by credit card (only VISA, MasterCard or EuroCard are accepted).

Registration and accommodation confirmation

After submitting the online registration form, you will receive an automatic email reply with a summary of your bookings and choices. The email reply will not be a confirmation of your bookings yet.

After the payments have been received, the confirmation will be sent by email. The confirmation will include a list of your bookings and a reference number, which will be used for your onsite registration.

Changes and additions to the bookings after the completion of registration may be done by email to the Congress Secretariat.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted until 31 March, 2011. The full amount will be refunded, less € 100 to cover cancellation costs. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Reimbursement will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress.
