Trade Show Floor plans and booths

The Marina Congress Center layout and Trade Show floor plans are based on the idea of reserving the floor space on the second floor for bigger and individually designed booths, and the exhibition space on the first floor for smaller ready-made booths.

To ensure customer flow all over the exhibition area, we will pay special attention to the auxiliary activities and guidance of the participants in the congress centre. The new second floor Piazza will also help in maintaining the flow. For a few minutes’ rests or mini meetings, seats will be provided.

*No Finnish VAT will be added to the booth reservation fee when the exhibitor is a taxable person for VAT purposes and does not have a fixed establishment in Finland.

How to book a Trade Show exhibition space

Nearly all the booths on both floors are reserved. If you are interested in the EL 2011 Trade Show, please contact Mr. Joni Hovi from Veikkaus.

Construction and dismantling of the booths

The exhibitors’ booth set-up will take place on Sat 4 June and Sun 5 June. The exact schedule will be informed individually.

The ready-made booths will be ready on Sun 5 June by 16:00. The exhibitors on the first floor can start bringing congress material to the venue on Sun 5 June from 12:00 onwards.

Booth dismantling will begin on Wed 8 June at 14:00 and end at 24:00.
