EL 2011 Trade Show Exhibitor

The EL Congress and Trade Show will convene over 550 representatives of the lottery industry next week in Helsinki. A total of 27 exhibitors have enrolled in the EL Trade Show—we will be seeing both old acquaintances and new exhibitors. The Northern Light Business Programme and the broad-ranging Trade Show will provide a great setting for an interactive dialogue between all the participants.

Construction and dismantling

The hard work will start on Saturday 4 June;
the revised construction and dismantling schedule will be as follows

1st FLOOR
Sunday 5 June starting from 8:00 —> booth set-up (the ready-made booths will be ready by 12:00)
Wednesday 8 June starting from 14:00 —> dismantling

2nd FLOOR
Saturday 4 June starting from 8:00 —> building and booth set-up
Wednesday 8 June starting from 14:00 —> dismantling

Security guard service

There is a Security Guard Service at the Marina Congress Center throughout the Congress, including the construction and dismantling hours.

Badges

Builder badges
Builder badges can be collected from the Marina Congress Center entrance starting from Saturday 8:00. The builder badge wil not be valid after Sunday.

Congress badges
You should register at the Marina Congress Center. The registration and information desk will be open as follows

Sunday 5 June 12:00—19:30
Monday 6 June 8:00—17:30
Tuesday 7 June 8:00—18:00
Wednesday 8 June 8:00—14:00

Technical support badges
Technical support badges can be collected from the Marina Congress Center registration and information desk during the registration desk’s opening hours. Please note that registering as technical support does not entitle you to participate in the EL 2011 Congress Business Programme or the Social Programme.

The exhibitors must wear builder or congress badges during the set-up and dismantling. Congress participants will be required to wear their congress badges at all congress events. Entrance into sessions will be restricted to registered delegates only.

Exhibitor lunch

Exhibitor and Staff lunch is served at the Marina Congress Center Restaurant next to the Marine room on the second floor from Monday to Wednesday, 11:00—12:00 and 14:00—15:00.

Social programme

The EL 2011 Congress Opening Event—the Night of Fire and Ice—will be held at the Grand Casino Helsinki on Sunday 5 June at 19:30, please fi nd attached the invitation.

The Closing Event of the EL 2011 Congress—Lotteries on Stage—will take place at the Finnish National Opera on Wednesday 8 June at 19:30.

A special restaurant reservation service is also available at the Marina Congress Center information desk on Monday and Tuesday from 12:00 to 15:30. The service is provided jointly by the Royal Restaurants and Palace Kämp Restaurants.
